We are continually looking at ways of improving delivery service to you and at the present time, we have a selection of delivery methods for different products as some items are large and bulky and take more management where as other items can be easily carried with our preffered carriers.

As we operate our own fleet of vehicles for local deliveries, the rates are different for any postcodes in Cumbria and will therefore follow the Local Delivery Rate as detailed below. Your delivery method will be confirmed at checkout, once you have given us your postcode and we will also send you an order confirmation via email.

Some of the larger furniture items are not available from stock and are ordered in specially for our customers so at this point we can only give you an approximate delivery date and will keep in contact with you with any updated information.

We aim to despatch within 24 hours of receipt of order for those products that sit in stock in our warehouse, so that you should receive your goods within 48 hours of ordering.
If orders are received before 12pm and are in stock they will be dispatched that day so you will receive next day delivery
Orders received on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday (not including Bank Holiday Mondays where the item will be despatched Tuesday) and will be delivered to you Tuesday or Wednesday.
